Cut one of the top pieces to 2ft x 8ft sizes, lay those on each side of the top and lay the full sheet in between the two cut pieces. The Pendlay Elite Black Bumper Plates have arrived! These plates feature a flawless surface with custom print that is done at our Clover, SC printing facility. We guarantee that these plates are within 10 grams of claimed weight. All plates are weighed on highly sensitive claibrated scales and marked with their weight prior to shipping. If a plate does not conform, it does not ship. We choose to print these plates in our Clover SC facility because of two reasons. We can control the quality of the print and the quality of the ink. We use a highly specialize ink formulated to adhere to this specific material. The collar opening allows for a sung fit on the bar* eliminating the loose fit bumpers can have. The hardness of the material is ideal to the olympic weightlifters preference. When dropped these plates dead blow with little bounce. Nothing is more annoying than "chasing" bumper plates that bounce all over the platform.

The MDUSA No Limits Timer offers a variety of standard functions including; clock display, Stop Watch to hundredths of a second, and several preprogrammed intervals. In addition the timer can be programmed with specific count up to and down from times.

However, the No Limits Timer goes farther than any other timing device on the market with a dynamic display and completely programmable interval system. The number of rounds, length of rest, and length of work can all be set up by the user for total custom intervals. The timer displays the time in red while the numbers of rounds are displayed in big electric blue 4 high numbers that can be seen from several hundred meters away. The timer can save up to eight custom programs. Timer includes a 1 year warranty for all manufacturer defects.

The new Pendlay Olympic Weightlifting Shoes have the same great fit as the much improved 2010 style. The most dramatic changes are in the style of the shoe. The 2011 Pendlay's feature a Wide-Line Stitch with matching color accents throughout the shoe. The leather has black characteristics with deep navy undertones, and the mesh fabric and heel are black. We kept the heel at 3/4 inch in height, the preferred height in Olympic Lifting. The heel is still solid cork but now is encased in black leather. The bottom of the shoe has changed color to black but the material is the same with the dependable grip to the floor as in all Pendlay WL shoes. Based on customer experience we recommend a half size down from your regular gym shoe size.

Pendlay Weightlifting shoes are warrantied for 30 days. These shoes are made for weightlifting only because of the soles rigid design. Doing movements such as box jumps, sprints, jump roping, and anything else that will cause extreme flex to the sole will compromise the integrity of the shoes. Using these shoes outside of weightlifting does void the shoes warranty. When used properly the failure of these shoes is extremely rare as we have seen with the high number of nationally ranked weightlifters who use these shoes everyday to train and compete.

If an incorrect size is ordered it is the customers responsibility to ship the shoes back to MuscleDriver USA. Shipping charges back to customer are the customers responsibility.

The Pendlay Half Rack is perfect for areas with limited floor space. Made to go against the wall and allow for the middle of the room to remain open. Footprint is 67" wide, 64" deep, 96" tall (104" with optional name plate crown). Standard with upper and lower band posts, 1" pull up bar, weight storage, accessory storage hooks, drop in safety bars and drop in J latches. Walk thru design removes tripping hazards and gives room clean, open look. Base connectors are raised 4" off the ground to allow sumo style lifts. Lasered uprights are 3/16 thick 3 x 3 carbon steel with numbers lasered in for ease in locating latches. Top connectors gusseted with tubing for increased strength and stability. Weight storage covered with UHMW for both rack and weight protection. Latches constructed with UHMW inserts to protect bar no bar to metal contact.

Optional equipment: 0-90 Adjustable Bench, Flat Weight Bench, Dip Attachment, Top Nameplate Crown, Bar Storage

All drop in attachments are constructed with Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW) buffering metal on metal contact to insure long lasting powder coat durability.

The standard color for this rack is Black Hammertone. You can choose from 19 other colors for an upgrade price listed in the drop down menu above. Color images are below. Expect 1-2 week lead ship time for upgrade colors. Any Benches that are ordered with the rack will be painted the same color as the rack. The MDUSA Econ Squat Stand is the answer to your home lifting needs. The stand is proudly constructed in the Fort Mill, SC (MuscleDriver Arc) using 2 x 2 inch square tubing for the frame, 1-3/4 inch square tube for the adjustable uprights, and 1/4 inch thick steel for the latches. There are 7 different adjustment heights at 4 inch intervals ranging from 35 to 59 inches high. The rack is powder coated with a rugged Silver Vein Hammertone finish. Pins are coated with a Chrome powder coating for long lasting endurance. The Latches have a UHMW covering that protects your bar from metal to metal contact and helps to sustain the knurling on the bar. Easily assembled with only 4 bolts, ships in a flat box. Footprint is 46 inches wide by 36 inches deep. The cross brace is strategically located in order to allow maximum room for proper and safe footwork. Maximum suggested weight is 500lbs.
